A music-sharing experience with a set of desk objects for ambient connection with friends far away.
An Across RCA team project. I worked mainly on the research, storyboard, persona, user journey map, UX wireframes and the visualisation of the user scenario.

Our theme was “Being Digital”. We researched human connection after Covid, the software and devices we now use, and how they shape the way we communicate. That pinned down our objective and the challenge ahead.

Group discussions and design sprints drove ideation. The direction sharpened once we decided to bring music into the experience.

This was my main responsibility. Grounded in the research, it mapped our target user, their behaviour and their journey.

I designed the wireframes and handed them to my teammate Kalina for the hi-fi prototype. The product is about ambient connection, so any avoidable friction would undercut the effect. The experience had to feel effortless.

The whole team built the physical objects, and our teammate Maria rendered them in Cinema4D.
